Returns and refunds

Unused, uncarried objects in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less shipping. Numbered limited editions, custom work and gift cards are final sale.

Email ukogear@gmail.com with your order number and registry serial to start a return. Returns ship at the buyer's cost unless the item arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we send a prepaid label.

Recovered service

Every registered UKO knife is covered by the Recovered lifetime service program for tuning, hardware and repair. Recovered is not a return; see the Recovered page.
